Delvone is a highly regarded political operative that has worked on some of the most respected Presidential campaigns and for some of the largest labor unions in American politics. In a career that has spanned the better-half of two decades, he has worked on over 200 campaigns, in more than 35 states.

As founding director of DC Working Families, he led broad coalitions of labor unions, community organizations, and activists to groundbreaking victories that raised the district’s minimum wage to $15 an hour and established the first public financing system in our nation’s capital.

Practicing since the first internet boom, Delvone has hands-on experience with how technological advances have affected the political landscape. Staying one step ahead of the industry’s frequent changes is Delvone’s sixth sense. Delvone got his start in direct mail at MackCrounse, one of the most sought-after corporate firms in the country. He focused on statewide and congressional races to begin and soon expanded to the state house and district attorney races in the deep south. He found the interaction between candidates and voters of local elections inspiring, and it proved to be his calling. He believes that what wins a local election and makes a campaign thrive is the passion that drives it.
